Do you have a list of recommended vendors?

When you book your event at Windridge Estate, we will provide you with our preferred vendor list. The list is comprised of the area’s most talented and respected caterers, floral designers, rental companies, photographers, musicians, and any other resource you may need.

What is the maximum number of guests allowed and are there extra fees?

We can accommodate up to 200 seated guests using our 8’ rectangular tables and Chiavari cross back wooden chairs. We can host larger groups with format variations. Contact Us to discuss potential options. We do not charge an extra fee for larger groups.

Is there a catering prep room in the barn?

We have a newly built dedicated catering space with separate entrances, 20 linear feet of prep surface, three bay sink and refrigerator.

Do you host multiple events per day?

No. We feel the property is best enjoyed by only one group at a time.

May we have a DJ or live band?

Yes. DJs and live bands are allowed and our Red Barn has a house sound system which your DJ or band can use.

Do you host year round?

We do not host year round events due to weather conditions in Central New York. Our event and wedding season runs from June through October of each year.

Do you offer lodging?

The four bedroom Farmer Cottage on the estate is available for rent on a limited basis. Please Contact Us to discuss availability and rates.

Are candles allowed?

Yes, however we ask that those who wish to use candles please follow all safety precautions and measures to prevent any accidents.
